Some of these automated valuation models ( AVM’s) are for consumers only like Zillow and Realtor.com. Others like Corelogic and HouseCanary are used by appraisers, loan officers and title companies. I survey all the well know and not so well know valuation engines to understand what your buyers, lenders and appraisers will be looking at online.
