Once your offer has been accepted, initiate the formal loan process with your mortgage lender and deliver the earnest money to the Ansley Real Estate office.

Conduct all inspections and any additional research during the Due Diligence period.

Work with use to request any needed repairs.
Step 09
Work with your mortgage lender to complete the loan application process and order the appraisal.
Step 10
Finalize utility transfers, order homeowners insurance, process change of address request and coordinate moving details.
